As usual, Mike, Ben and the rest of the Portland Automotive crew did a great job. As I began to write this review, I realized I moved to CT twenty years ago and that Portland Auto (and Bill's too) have taken care of all of my family's cars for 20 years! Great service, a great warranty on their work, the availability of loaner cars and feeling like you're a part of the Portland Auto family have made me a loyal customer for all these 20 years. Well done!

The oil change was done quickly .

I appreciate that I was called with what was found to approve extra work. The work was done in the time that I was told prior to dropping off the car. Good job.

Was taking a sick child home and hit a curb in the snow and popped my tire - had 7 lbs pressure when I got to Portland Automotive. They made me and my niece comfortable, took care of my tire immediately, apologized for charging me what I considered a very reasonable and modest sum, and were generally wonderful. They even admired my niece's cross stitch project! :-) Thank you!

I can always count on good service and communication from Ben and his team. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

Nice work -- did the job on time (during a busy, short week) and for the estimated price. I'll go there again. I don't even mind paying these guys to mount and balance the snow tires even though a local tire dealer will do it for free - these guys do it carefully while that local dealer (who shall remain nameless) always strips a lug-nut or two.

No way is this place a 4.4. Try 5.0. Kinda pissed me off to see such an unfair assessment of this business. I've even brought my Ferrari to these guys. They are fair, honest and trustworthy. Ben is great and always makes whatever issue my car is dealing with go away fast and at a price I feel is fair. No way is this a 4.4 business. My guess is the competition had their stay at home wives corrupt the numbers. Lol.
