Once again I bring in my 2000 Ford Focus,I had called Ben to set up my appt for Wed Nov 4 at 9am,Ben was there took my keys and gave it to the bearded guy( sorry hun I'm not good on names but he's been there for a long time ,very kind and courteous guy, So while I was there he offered me and another customer a dounut. Very Very nice of Ben. I was there a little hour or so and my car was all set, I went in for winterize my car. Portland Automotive is the ONLY PLACE I trust with my car, Thank You Ben and everyone else for taking care of my car Needs!

Truck seems to be running fine. No smell in cabin, heater works fine, but A/C still under investigation. Hope we can fix that so it is reliable. Thanks !

I called at 12:30 PM to see if there were any emission inspections available that afternoon. They were able to get me in at 2:00 and the process was done in a few minutes. Friendly fast service.
