Ben and the guys are the best. I've used them for years now, and they always accommodate our needs in the best and most honest way possible. I wouldn't trust anybody else to work on my cars after all the things I've seen these guys do. It's refreshing to have some 'no B.S.' customer service.

We don't trust anyone else unless recommended by Ben and Justin to service our mobile food truck. She is old and works REALLY hard! They keep her in tip-top shape and always treat us right with the price. They are honest and hard-working - staying late to get her ready for an event that we need to get to. Best guys around.

As always Ben and Justin out did them selfs again....I had saved some extra money and this time I wanted to get my 2000 Ford Focus with alittle more work done because I needed it, so I had told Ben my concerns with my front brakes and my muffler plus i wanted a tune up and get things ready for the summer....They went into everything..Ben told me what was going on and I knew I needed it done..It was done on time and when I picked it up it was like driving a brand new car again, Ben has taken very good care of me and he knows this is my last car I will own do to my illness but I try and take car of my car also.....So please EVERYONE if you need to find a kind trustworthy dependable shop where they care and even show you and explain to you,,,especially to women who dont know and hard to trust, Come to Portland Automotive and ask for Ben or Justin...You wont be sorry!! and ive been a loyal customer for a very very long time,,,, They care and they will take care of you and your car...And if your not satisfied with something bring it back and they will be happy to assist you,..,,,But i can tell you ....You will be very Happy and Satisfied!!

Portland Automotive is wonderful! Took my car in for emissions test and was in and out in less that 15 minutes. Called to make an appointment the day before and spoke to a very professional and very friendly person and met a few others the next day who were all friendly and very pleasant to talk to! Last night after work my car wouldn't start. got a jump. But needed gas. drove to Portland. got gas. Needed another jump. Portland Automotive was open. I stopped and told the employee my story and asked if he could test my battery. He said he was just washing his truck but he could help me out. I asked their hours. "8-5" . I laughed. It was now about 6:15. I did need a new battery. He had one in stock. 5 minutes later it was done. I really appreciate them working off hours to help me out!
