Portland Auto Repair

The staff is very courteous and very forthright about what they are doing. Estimates are accurate; no sticker shock when you pick up your car. I have to give a slightly lower rating because I had them mount four new tires onto my rims and they mounted them all backwards (outside sidewalls facing in). That being said, all four tires are mounted the same and all four wheels are balanced. My wheels were also not harmed in the process (which could have been a possibility if someone really was incompetent). Everything was done right, with the exception of the mis-match of direction, and it was done at a fair price.

Portland Automotive fixed my flat tire. They were incredibility polite, honest and quick! They fixed only what was necessary and gave me predictions for when other repairs may be coming up in the future. For instance, the mechanic told me that my breaks have another six months or so. They also send you texts or emails reminding your when your next oil change or predicting when a repair may be needed.

Great experience, honest reliable, and never pressures you into fixing things that are necessary. I will be bringing my car here from now on

Convenient, easy drop off of my vehicle. My car had an oil change while I was at work and was done when I needed to pick it up. Friendly service. Would recommend.

I was out and about doing some things when I was at Rite Aid my car wouldnt start, so I got a jump from a friend of mine it was about 3pm..I drove right over to Portland Automotive and spoke to Mike Turner told him my car had died and got a jump to get here knowing he was soooo busy he took the time out for me got my car in...It wind up being a "dead battery" I was there for about an hour but I was in no hurry . I ALWAYS bring my car here to PORTLAND AUTOMOTIVE for all my car needs...As I have stated before I depend on them because I have Multiple Scerlosis and I need my car to get to Drs apps and such,,,,Thank You Mr Turner and your faboulous team to my car fixed and back on the road again,,,,,So all your Car Needs come to PORTLAND AUTOMOTIVE....,.YOU WONT BE SORRY!!
