I had an idea of my car's issue and they confirmed that with no unnecessary services tacked on. They promptly called me and completed the work in less than a day. My only issue, and the reason I did not give them a 5 rating, is the cost of the replacement parts seem substantially above retail, which I researched online. A reasonable markup is expected and I do not begrudge that but my markup appeared to be 75% whereas I would think a reasonable amount to be15-20%. In my mind, the rental car and good service do make up for that issue however.

I feel that Portland is very cost effective, competent and is certainly a smart alternative to dealerships.

In this day of convenience, Mike and the staff at Portland Auto truly recognize and meet the needs of their customers in every possible way.

My car in went for an emissions check. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. They were ready to take my car at the appointed time and were done in just a few minutes.

These guys are top notch , their customer service is the best that I have experienced.
