Portland Auto Repair

Great job getting me in on short notice. Finished work on time as promised. I just had a question on why the $99 charge for check engine light when other places close by do it for free. Is the charge applied to the service if I go ahead with the repair?

As always, Portland Auto was fantastic. I have taken my cars there for over ten years and they are the best. Knowledgable, friendly, loaner cars make it so convenient. The car I have now has always been serviced by them and I am at 170,000 with no problems!

Ben was a breath of fresh air in regards to many of my previous auto repair experiences. Was impressed that he took the time to crawl under the truck with me and assess what needed to be replaced. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again.

We had a complicated day due to one of us working and the other traveling. Your drop off service made life much easier in the morning but dropping the car off at the house in the evening was a huge help. The fact that the car was fixed quickly, the first time, and that you were willing to go above and beyond the call from a service perspective was much appreciated! Thank you!

Vehicle done a full day before original promise. Worked out well for me and limited my loss of a vehicle. Everyone was curteous and friendly. Jokes were so-so.
