I find the staff very pleasant, informative and excellent at their respective jobs. Of course, the brownies do NOT influence them at all.

Made an appointment first thing in the morning, and was able to have my car inspected that same day. Very friendly service.

Still hard to believe a place like this still exists, quality service delivered by an excellent staff who really seem to care about getting the job done right and pleasing the customer. And when is the last time you heard of place that has free loaner cars, and a shuttle service that will drop you at home and pick you up when your car is ready? This place is a throwback to a time when excellent service and a commitment to standing behind your work meant something.
