I called and spoke with Gary about my trouble, he told me to stop by. Someone tested my truck, alternator it was not charging. Gary found me a cost-effective replacement and the next day I was driving my truck.

My car had major problems and the staff at Portland did a great job of trying to fix it. They were helpful with a loaner car and didn't charge anything extra when the problem recurred.

Timely service, loaner was no problem, price appropriate...I forgot my coupon, wish they would have reminded me or provided one, they used to do that which set them apart from other places. It's definitely my responsibility to remember coupons but they'd get the 5/5 if they went above and beyond.
