Portland Auto Repair

Portland Automitive is consistantly great. My first priority with auto repair is trust...and they do all they can to establish and maintain it. If work doesn't need to be done now, they'll tell me so. If I stop by and ask them to check something out that turns out to be ok, they don't charge me. And when the do work they do it well. What more can you ask for?

My brakes started to squeal after being replaced, and Portland Automotive gracefully took care of investigating and replacing the offending brake pad. Everything about it was easy, and I had great confidence they would do a great job - and they did! I am a very satisfied customer and wish all service businesses would operate in a similar fashion. The car was in for an oil change and tune up. They also checked out the alignment and actually did not recommend the additional cost, which is unusual in the automotive repair world. The work was done on time in less than a day.
