When I leave Portland Auto, I feel comfortable with the work done, and confident I got a fair deal.

I've always been treated with respect and fairness at Portland Automotive and will miss it when I move down to the shoreline.

Great job getting me in on short notice. Finished work on time as promised. I just had a question on why the $99 charge for check engine light when other places close by do it for free. Is the charge applied to the service if I go ahead with the repair?

As always, Portland Auto was fantastic. I have taken my cars there for over ten years and they are the best. Knowledgable, friendly, loaner cars make it so convenient. The car I have now has always been serviced by them and I am at 170,000 with no problems!

We had a complicated day due to one of us working and the other traveling. Your drop off service made life much easier in the morning but dropping the car off at the house in the evening was a huge help.
