My first time there and it was only for an emission test so not much to write about, but they were quick and courteous.

Everyone was friendly and we got taken care of quickly and efficiently. They even gave us Matchbox cars when we mentioned how much the kids would love to see the cool treasure chest they have for kids. Nice clean waiting room, maybe the best service team I've encountered when dealing with my car, really nice bunch of guys!

I had an 8 am appointment. The man behind the counter was very plesent and the work on my truck was completed quickly. I would recommend Portland Automotive.

Been using Portland Auto exclusively since ~2009. The staff are knowledgeable and treat me with respect and take the time to explain work and the associated charges (unlike any experience I've had with dealers). I first started going to them with my used Corolla because I didn't like the dealership. I have continued going to them even after getting brand new car because of the quality service and friendly, professional demeanor.
