We are a long time returning customer of Portland Auto who we entrust with service of our two vehicles. They consistently perform to a high standard of service. They are very through, clear in their explanation of service they might be needed. They distinguish and prioritize safety issues from items that may need attention. You never get the impression you are being deceived into doing something unnecessary. They provide documentation to support their analysis getting prior approval before the recommended work is done. I have never needed to return our cars for service that was done that posed a problem. When they fix it, it's fixed. For the first time in a while, I really have a garage and a group of people I can trust completely in their recommendations, guidance and service. You pay for the service, but you also get what you pay for. Their owner Mike Turner is an honest man of good judgement and integrity that is also demonstrated in the personnel he hires. Equally important to me, they treat my wife with dignity and respect should she need to bring her car in. She is very comfortable with Mike and Ted and Rashem on the service desk to explain anything she thinks might need attention. It is rare I make recommendations, especially public ones. Based on my experience with Portland Auto, I can recommend this garage without reservation.
