Portland Auto Repair

Brought my 2006 Chevy Colorado in for service last week for a check engine light issue. The technician found a more serious issue going on with my vehicle, however, I was unable to go ahead with the repairs due to financial restraints. Nevertheless, Portland Automotive worked diligently in immediately diagnosing the issue and keeping me up-to-date with everything through their digital inspection results for customers. Their free car loaner program worked out well for me and saved me extra money as most repair shops don’t even have a loaner program anymore. Thank you to everybody at Portland Automotive for your great customer service as this is now going to be my new go to shop for all repairs.

Brought my 2006 Chevy Colorado in as my check engine light was coming on intermittently, as well as my four-wheel-drive, kept kicking on sporadically. Portland automotive was able to determine that there was a much deeper issue, however, I wasn’t able to go ahead with the repairs due to financial limitation’s. Rasheam and Mike L. And everyone else that worked on my vehicle, took the time to properly explain everything in detail, and even provided a visual inspection online for me to better understand with the issues were. I was even provided a free loaner car for the duration. My vehicle was in their shop, in addition to them, cutting a key for me at no charge, as my other one was worn down. Portland automotive is definitely going to be my new go to place for car repairs as their customer service is some of the best that I have experienced in a while. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys for all your help!

My experience at Portland Automotive can be described with one word. Professional. Quick intake, free loaner car while they fix it. Repairs prices are reasonable with thoroughness not seen in this industry. Contact and being able to see the work to be done is top notch while using current technology for my comfort. I stopped in unscheduled for a VIN Verification while on my way to CT Motor Vehicle. This procedure is part of Connecticut's state emissions program for older vehicles, so the station only earns $10. I was serviced immediately upon arrival and treated like a valued customer. I appreciated the time spent generating the state required form and the friendly, professional staff. We've utilized Portland Automotive in the past and look forward to our dealings with them in the future.
