Great shop and very awesome people, I was having my vehicle serviced at a dealership in Saybrook not happy with their tech had to come back after every service. Portland did an oil change and tire rotation and recommended that I replace my front breaks, so I set up an appointment and we'll see, so far impressed. Thanks

Portland did an oil change and tire rotation and recommended that I replace my front breaks, so I set up an appointment for front and rear brakes. They did a great job the brakes feel better then when i purchased the Jeep, They are very professional and personable I look forward to having them (Portland Automotive) service our vehicles. Thanks

I absolutely love Portland Auto! Ever since I moved to Portland they have been my go-to for all my repairs. They always go above and beyond with their full reports which is so helpful to see everything in writing. Everyone is always so kind when I walk in and never make me feel stupid for not knowing something about my car. Highly highly recommend!

Brought my 2006 Chevy Colorado in for service last week for a check engine light issue. The technician found a more serious issue going on with my vehicle, however, I was unable to go ahead with the repairs due to financial restraints. Nevertheless, Portland Automotive worked diligently in immediately diagnosing the issue and keeping me up-to-date with everything through their digital inspection results for customers. Their free car loaner program worked out well for me and saved me extra money as most repair shops don’t even have a loaner program anymore. Thank you to everybody at Portland Automotive for your great customer service as this is now going to be my new go to shop for all repairs.

Brought my 2006 Chevy Colorado in as my check engine light was coming on intermittently, as well as my four-wheel-drive, kept kicking on sporadically. Portland automotive was able to determine that there was a much deeper issue, however, I wasn’t able to go ahead with the repairs due to financial limitation’s. Rasheam and Mike L. And everyone else that worked on my vehicle, took the time to properly explain everything in detail, and even provided a visual inspection online for me to better understand with the issues were. I was even provided a free loaner car for the duration. My vehicle was in their shop, in addition to them, cutting a key for me at no charge, as my other one was worn down. Portland automotive is definitely going to be my new go to place for car repairs as their customer service is some of the best that I have experienced in a while. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys for all your help!
