No muss. No fuss

I’ve been having issues with my Subaru’s exhaust system and heat shields for some time and finally brought it in. Unfortunately I ended up needing a new catalytic converter (ouch!). Michael and the team at Portland Automotive were very knowledgeable and transparent about the cost of the repairs. I also appreciated how I was provided with a full inspection of my vehicle (at no extra cost), along with a status report of what I might consider getting worked on in the future. I never felt pressured to get things fixed beyond what I needed at the time or that I was being overcharged. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other repair work I need done in the future.
