Flat tire from road debris -- Replacement tire was promptly ordered and put on car -- and because you had recommended I have tires with a road hazard warranty, the cost was totally covered. Once again, my thanks.

I’ve been to Portland Automotive a few times in the last few months with two different vehicles. Mostly general maintenance, minor repairs and tires. They are very consistent in their customer service, which meets or exceeds expectations. They are responsive and consultative. Mike is friendly and personable. They provide a comprehensive review of what they find going over the vehicle, with photos of any problem areas. They prioritize any repairs they recommend. You feel informed with the level of communication but never pressured or oversold. If you are looking for an auto shop, you’ll be happy with these guys.
