I paid the same price as the estimate, my car was done in the same time they told me, I got an appointment that fit my schedule, I'm confident that the work was done correctly. My transmission was not feeling right before I brought it in, now it shifts seamlessly. It feels better than when I bought it 3 years ago as a used vehicle. Also, it's a Prius. To know I can bring it somewhere other than a Toyota dealership is a wonderful thing!
