Went in for an emissions test. Used to go somewhere else, but they have been rude and unhelpful the last few times. So glad I called Portland Automotive. They were able to handle the appointment and the service was great!

Prompt and very courteous service. Have used them several times for our Toyotas. Great communication as they completed diagnostics and clearly stated pricing for services. Portland Auto is our go-to place for consultations and service. Nice plus is being offered a loaner or shuttle home for free!

I was a customer sometime ago. Ive been driving to a dealer to have my car serviced. I decided to try Portland auto again and i was not disappointed. Mike and Dave not only took care of the issues with my car they also gave me a no pressure list of other item that will need to be taken care of.
