Portland Automotive did exactly what they said they would in a timely and professional manner with good communication and fair pricing. They came and picked up my car, the driver wore a mask which was nice to see. Sent photos of their inspection and discussed prior to starting the repairs. Had car back when they said they would, and they even washed it. Highly recommend Portland Automotive

Had my car towed here to fix a belt. Unfortunately (possibly due to my lack of communication) they performed an entire inspection of my vehicle when I only wanted the simple fix. The whole thing took much longer than I was hoping, nearly had to take another day off work just to get my car, but luckily was able to grab it the same day. Overall good service and I’m thankful they let me pick up my car, but I wish I knew I would have to pay for a whole inspection. Belt change and oil cost me about $350.
