My husband and I have been going to a Portland Auto since we moved to Middletown 5 years ago. The customer service has recently become truly amazing. These guys go above and beyond; they are thorough and always available to answer any questions (in great detail!) We wholeheartedly put our trust in them.

I recommend this garage for your auto work. Professional staff and quality work. I had a minor problem and issue was resolved to my satisfaction same day. Nice to have a place your can trust.

I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a mechanic before in my 16 years of driving. They got my car in the very next day, read diagnostics first thing in the am, communicated EVERY step, texted me which I ADORE, did not do ANYTHING without consent and are the nicest humans around. I will bring every vehicle to them from this point forward.

I recently moved to Portland and was anxious about taking my car somewhere unfamiliar. The thorough inspection report, thoughtful advice about how to handle problems that showed up, free loaner vehicle, and overall helpfulness laid to rest any worries I had. Everyone I spoke with, start to finish, was thoughtful, considerate, and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Great team, great communications

I purchased a 2003 Mercedes E500 from Portland Auto for my daughter. Turns out the car had an issue that I didn't discover for several months. I brought the car in and even though the car was definitely not under warranty because I signed off on that when I bought the car, they took care of me. I was very happy to have the car fixed for no charge and so was my daughter. Thank you Mike, Michael and Rashem!

I can't thank Mike and his team for their continued excellent service. Most recently, Mike took care of some issues with my son's car and treated him like his own family. Thanks as always.
