Being a person who drives a lot (233,000+ miles in 4 years on my current vehicle), having my car timely - as well as properly - serviced is important. While I waited for my rear brake job, I could not help but notice how every customer was being treated (serviced) at Portland Automotive. I experienced and observed a genuine, primary concern for not just safety and overall satisfaction as it related to servicing our vehicles, but also a genuine sense of care and interest in their customers as human beings - not as "consumers". In my view, they should change the name of the business to Portland "Human" and Automotive Service!
