I paid 800 dollars for a oil change, wires,plugs,and cap for a Malibu. Think about that . I paid over 7,000 dollars for a fuel pump for a dodge 3500. I brought it in In early spring I got it back in early fall . Fuel tank had eight of tank. Putting fuel in and it poured out, called Mike the owner he said tank was removed and put back. O brought it back for them to fix their mistake. 2 weeks later I picked it up and Mike the owner made me pay another 350 dollars yo fix what I already paid for with the seven thousand plus dollars. I never went back for another repair on any thing. Does anyone know who the owner is today? I was talking with the owner Mike, and he told me that he had a mortgage to pay for. Well at prices like that and having to pay twice for the same exact repair, it is my thought that it should be paid for many times over.

When it came to finding a garage/mechanic that works on Hybrids I liked the reviews on Portland Automotive. They did not disappoint, Mike and Rasheam were helpful in bringing me through the process of my first major repairs on my Hybrid and how to prevent it from getting this far along again. They were aware of my budget constraints, but also wanted to make sure I was safely back on the road. Thank you guys! I can't say enough how much I appreciate you guys for taking care of my car. Mike Lionetti was very friendly, professional and he made it really easy for me to buy a car they had on Facebook Marketplace. There was no going back and forth negotiating a deal. I made an offer before I went down to Portland Automotive, he agreed to it and the whole transaction from arrival to test drive to paperwork took less than an hour. Mike even offered to put the car on his dealer plate so I could get it back home before I could register it and not have to make a second trip! He also said that he would have it washed before I picked it up. I got a good vibe about Mike and Portland Automotive when I first reached out in response to their ad and I was perfectly satisfied when I left. Thanks again Mike!
