My wife and I recently had the opportunity of having our Jeep evaluated for service at Portland Automotive. Using their computer software, they were able to assess past service records and propose a plan for service now and in the future. They completed the services on our vehicle in a timely manner, even finishing sooner than estimated and at a fee less than estimated! Their professionalism and quality of service even included bringing our vehicle to a Jeep dealership to have a Jeep warranty service completed on our vehicle at no additional charge. Their kindness and courtesy are second to none. I confess that I know very little about cars other than starting one by turning the key. It is very comforting for us to have a automotive service that is honest and professional; one that we trust. My husband and I have been going to a Portland Auto since we moved to Middletown 5 years ago. The customer service has recently become truly amazing. These guys go above and beyond; they are thorough and always available to answer any questions (in great detail!) We wholeheartedly put our trust in them.

I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a mechanic before in my 16 years of driving. They got my car in the very next day, read diagnostics first thing in the am, communicated EVERY step, texted me which I ADORE, did not do ANYTHING without consent and are the nicest humans around. I will bring every vehicle to them from this point forward.

The thorough inspection report, thoughtful advice about how to handle problems that showed up, free loaner vehicle, and overall helpfulness laid to rest any worries I had.
