The amount of professionalism and technical proficiency Portland Automotive shows is amazing. Their entire staff is very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I live in the next town over and they offered to pick me up...something even local mechanics never even offered. They took before and after pictures of my repairs and texted me throughout the process. The manager is very nice and once he found out he needed to keep my car overnight he personally washed it for me the next day. Again, these gestures carry a lot of weight for me in having Portland Automotive show me they care about their customers. Their prices are also good as they were the lowest after calling 3 other places for quotes. If you live in or around the Portland area, then please give them a chance to impress you.

I paid 800 dollars for a oil change, wires,plugs,and cap for a Malibu. Think about that . I paid over 7,000 dollars for a fuel pump for a dodge 3500. I brought it in In early spring I got it back in early fall . Fuel tank had eight of tank. Putting fuel in and it poured out, called Mike the owner he said tank was removed and put back. O brought it back for them to fix their mistake. 2 weeks later I picked it up and Mike the owner made me pay another 350 dollars yo fix what I already paid for with the seven thousand plus dollars. I never went back for another repair on any thing. Does anyone know who the owner is today? I was talking with the owner Mike, and he told me that he had a mortgage to pay for. Well at prices like that and having to pay twice for the same exact repair, it is my thought that it should be paid for many times over.
