I can get there from Higganum in less than 15 minutes (unless it’s rush hour on Route 9), pick up a loaner car and know that my vehicle is in good hands. They do meticulous safety and maintenance checks and take pictures of problem areas. I love the guys in the office, and I never worry that I’m being “taken for a ride.” Highly recommend!

Being a person who drives a lot (233,000+ miles in 4 years on my current vehicle), having my car timely - as well as properly - serviced is important. While I waited for my rear brake job, I could not help but notice how every customer was being treated (serviced) at Portland Automotive. I experienced and observed a genuine, primary concern for not just safety and overall satisfaction as it related to servicing our vehicles, but also a genuine sense of care and interest in their customers as human beings - not as "consumers". In my view, they should change the name of the business to Portland "Human" and Automotive Service!

I called to schedule an appointment for a Saturday and Mike immediately informed me he could take my car in the next day and let me use the loaner! I love how accommodating he was and how fast they were in identifying the issues. They were quick in testing the car and checking it over to get all the necessary repairs done on time for me. I highly recommend Portland Automotive!

Rip off! I don't even wanna give one star! Was told by this place I needed front brakes so they did them and rotors and it cost me just under 450.00. the brakes were still making noise and they then say I need back brakes. Never mind that I paid for a whole jeep inspection and they said nothing about rear brakes. I took my jeep into another garage in town for rear brakes and rotors for just a bit under 200.00 less! I won't be back here!
